Uni-Data & Communications awarded Nationwide Desktop Support Outsourcing Contract
The contract for supporting the Prudential Financial Companies’ (Sym: PRU Newark NJ) End User Support Tower, a nationwide support engagement entails desktop support, remote distributed computing, and help desk management for Prudential’s domestic workforce. Under the contract, Uni-Data Services, Inc. will absorb the majority of Prudential’s current support staff into their workforce, minimizing transition and operational risk while leaving valuable business knowledge in place.
