The contract for supporting the Prudential Financial Companies’ (Sym: PRU Newark NJ) End User Support Tower, a nationwide support engagement entails desktop support, remote distributed computing, and help desk management for Prudential’s domestic workforce. Under the contract, Uni-Data Services, Inc. will absorb the majority of Prudential’s current support staff into their workforce, minimizing transition and operational risk while leaving valuable business knowledge in place. Additionally, the out source will achieve Prudential’s stated objectives of increasing the flexibility for adaptation to future business needs, and allow for greater efficiencies and increased customer satisfaction. |
