In 2019, our parent company Unity International Group was acquired by ENGIE North America, an energy company with a focus on efficient, long-term, carbon-reducing solutions.

Amul has over 30 years of experience in designing and delivering large-scale business and technology transformation projects globally. Prior to joining Uni-Data, he managed technology organizations for leading global companies like Merrill Lynch, JP Morgan Chase, Moody’s Investors Services. During his career, he has worked in the US, London, Tokyo, Hong Kong, Singapore and India.
David has over 25 years experience as a CPA, forensic accountant, business efficiency expert, Wall Street software analyst, and mergers and acquisitions specialist. He brings this wealth of knowledge to Uni-Data, where he oversees all Finance, Human Resources and Legal matters. Under his leadership, Uni-Data is re-engineering its back office systems and technology, driving efficiency, and enabling growth.
In 2000, Frank began his career at Uni-Data as a Desktop Support Lead and Break/Fix manager. At the midtown campus for our client, JPMorgan Chase, he was responsible for user application deployments, coordinating IMACs for the trading desk, and providing project management. In 2006, he took a full-time position as a Project Manager at JPMorgan Chase, where he would cultivate his project management skills for the next 10 years. In 2015, he returned to Uni-Data as an Account and Service Delivery Manager, responsible for staffing and managing projects for several Fortune 500 clients. He lends his extensive experience to guarantee all projects are managed and staffed with well-qualified technicians and are completed according to the client's Scope of Work.
With a passion for technology that started early in life, Anthony began his professional IT career as a Field Engineer for Citigroup. After only six months he began training newly hired engineers, and soon after was hired directly into the training department where he developed and taught Customer Service classes. He later worked for a Hedge Fund company, overseeing the technical staff and spearheading a cost savings program through vendor negotiations. At Uni-Data, Anthony manages several accounts and is responsible for servicing Fortune 500 client sites throughout the United States and Canada. From day-to-day end user support to major moves or upgrades, Anthony and his team are able to adapt and assist with all of your technology needs.
Chris has been an IT professional since 2001, when he started as a Desktop Support Technician and eventually moved into a Project Lead role, where he was responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of small to large projects. Joining Uni-Data in 2009 as an Account Manager, Chris oversees several client accounts and is responsible for staffing short term projects as well as hiring part/full time employees. Chris uses his 18 years of experience to meet monthly targets for Uni-Data while ensuring they stay within the required margins. Chris has an Associate's Degree in Telecommunications Management.
Jim began his career in IT in 1996 at Prudential Securities, as a Network Analyst, supporting the retail branch and exchange network. He subsequently moved into the Network Engineering role in 2001. Today, he is a Systems Administrator supporting the IT infrastructure at Uni-Data and their clients. With their business partners, Jim uses his 23 years of experience in providing customer focused solutions and support to help plan and successfully implement one-off client projects that drive revenue and growth for Uni-Data. Jim is a graduate of Manhattan College with a B.S, Electrical Engineering and M.S., Computer Engineering.
Tami Gillen joined Uni-Data in 1993. She has more than 25 years of experience in various Administrative roles within the Uni-Data organization including Executive level support. She is directly responsible for daily HR functions supporting 100+ employees as well as on-boarding, health benefit administration, and policy compliance. She is an active member of the Society for Human Resource Management and, prior to joining Uni-Data, earned a certification as a NYS Court Reporter.
Fazena has been a part of Uni-Data for the past 26 years, supporting the business in various capacities. With her proven experience as a billing specialist, she helps manage multiple project Purchase Orders, process invoices, and maintain reports on billing activity.
Theresa joined Uni-Data in 2014 and is responsible for client billing. She previously worked in various operations within Prudential Financial, primarily responsible for Accounting and Expense reporting, in addition to other accounting-related processes. Using her 25 years of Accounting experience and extensive customer service skills, Theresa establishes partnerships with her billing clients and Account Managers, to provide support through all aspects of the billing process.
